We knew that finding a wedding planner would be critical to the success of our 3-day, 200 person wedding. Not only did we plan the Ontario wedding all the way from Nova Scotia, we did this while juggling very busy work schedules.

Lauren was a dream come true. In the two years of working with her, she became more to us than a wedding planner. She was a friend, a confidante, a third mother, a therapist, a protector (from other vendors!), and a consultant. She guided us through the process with grace, was patient and supportive with every single change we made, and brought a level of organization to the wedding that brought a great deal of comfort to us extremely Type-A individuals.

On top of this, she did an incredible job combining our two cultures with very unique wedding traditions into one, beautiful, blended party.

Things always go wrong on the wedding day; if something did on ours, we wouldn't have known. Lauren and her team instituted a robust rain plan a week before our wedding, making sure all vendors were fully informed and knew their part in the new plan. When id didn't rain the day of, she pivoted immediately. They adjusted the schedule on the fly when the bridesmaids hair and make-up schedule went delayed, and chased around groomsmen to ensure our vows and rings were securely guarded. Best of all, the team showed up with jokes and smiles, making sure we were having the best day.

Overall, Lauren and her team brought so much calm and fun to the process. It was a dream to work with them, and if we were to do it all again, we would choose Lauren and her team again, and again. We would recommend them for any event; large and small. They'll do it with expertise, grace and all the laughs.

 When I first started planning my wedding I wasn’t sure if I would need any help with the preplanning or day-of coordination as I am fairly organized but decided to enlist the help of Lauren and her team on the recommendation of my venue.  Let me tell you, it was one of the best decisions I made in the planning process and even my bridesmaids commented that it was money well spent!

Lauren was super helpful in preplanning the two months leading up to the wedding as we nailed down our schedule and she ensured we thought of all of the details.  The 24 page wedding workbook provided to us answered any and all questions that any of our vendors and bridal party had.

Our day-of wedding coordinators Amanda and Courtney set up the entire reception space so that our bridal party didn’t have to worry about a thing on our big day, helped us adjust our schedule when we inevitably ran late and packed up virtually everything after last call so that we could keep enjoying time with our guests.

If you are thinking about enlisting Lauren and team for your wedding - do it!  You will not regret it!

When we started planning our wedding in Nov 2021, we knew where we wanted to get married, but we didn't know how we were going to pull it all together. After I contacted The Common Stove to check date availability, I was introduced to Lauren Andrew who had just become their new events partner!

Right from the first moment we spoke, I appreciated Lauren rolling with the punches and letting my type A personality freak flag fly with countless email threads, endless to do lists, challenging asks and all the questions. I always felt confident that my concerns and questions for the big day were being addressed and fully looked after at all times.

Lauren also gave me a lot of vendor referrals which I really appreciated because I had no friends who had gotten married in this area. All the vendors she suggested, which included our makeup artist, DJ, and officiant, were amazing and really helped make our day so special. She also helped to coordinate our pre-ceremony photoshoot at Glen Oro which helped take the stress out of the days events.

Lauren and team always went above and beyond to do site visits to iron out last minute details, check in with me when decisions needed to be made and provided helpful tools like a Canva seating chart which was a life saver!

I should also mention that she managed all of this magic whilst VERY pregnant. In fact, we had to tell her to rest and be hands off on our day and to let her coordinators handle things because it was also her due date!

This amazing woman and her team went above and beyond to deliver the wedding of our dreams and I am so very thankful to have worked with her. If you have an upcoming event or wedding in the future, you should work with Lauren Andrew Events to knock it out of the park and leave your guests in awe!

Lauren, we honestly can't thank you enough! We are so grateful for you and all that you did that made our wedding day so special, which is a lot!

You were so easy and fun to work with. Because you helped us with planning our wedding day and well as having you as our officiant, you got to know us so well and always had great ideas and suggestions to make our day extra special. We also loved that we were able to personalize our ceremony script so that it truly resonated with us. Our ceremony was beautiful and you were so calming but cheerful while you officiated our marriage. We were so impressed with everything you were able to offer us including your knowledge and guidance in wedding planning, lawn game rentals for our cocktail hour, gorgeous handmade floral décor for our ceremony and reception spaces and your wonderful presence while officiating our marriage. It was amazing how you were able to balance both officiating and planning and setting everything up on the big day with Victoria. We can't say enough good things about the two of you! Thank you so much for all of your hard work and help and for your knowledge and positivity.

This past weekend (September 3rd, 2022) I was luckily enough to marry my best friend. We both have complex work schedules and organizing isn’t always easy when we might not see each other for weeks at a time. Thankfully Lauren Andrew Events Team were able to take charge and make all our ideas a reality. The venue was the perfect spot for them to get creative and all our guests have not stopped talking about what an amazing job they did. Every detail was above and beyond anything I’d seen before. Can not recommend them highly enough!! Amazing job!

Where we do even start!? Lauren and her team are truly incredible. From the moment I met Lauren (virtually to boot!), I could sense she had the best energy and the most organized personality. She is exactly the type of person you want in your corner on your wedding day. She and her team helped us pull off our dream wedding, and we received so many compliments on their organization, attention to detail and friendliness throughout the day. We literally couldn't have done it without her. She has an energy that makes you feel like everything will always be okay and absolutely any problem can be solved. Lauren (and team!) we couldn't have done it without you!

 Having Lauren be the Day-of-Coordinator made all things possible! She met with me a few days before our wedding day to go over the little details, ensuring that every aspect of our day was taken care of in a timely manner. She worked alongside decorators to ensure that all table settings were perfect, checked-in with the bridal party throughout the day to ensure that we were all on time, and greeted our guests upon arrival. Lauren kept my mind at ease, and knowing that someone with her professionalism was there allowed for me to relax and enjoy the moments leading up to the wedding.

 Lauren was hired as our wedding coordinator to help us find a church, a venue, work with vendors, coordinate guest accommodation, ceremony and venue details and keep us on budget. Her responsibilities included all jobs outside of styling and photographer. Knowing Lauren, there are millions of other things she took care of, but never mentioned to us. Throughout the year we worked with Lauren, it was clear that her goal was to give us the day we wanted. She is a team player who cares about your unique interests as much as the logistics of your day. 

My husband and I are both wheelchair users who had specific requirements that most would find impossible, but Lauren did it all perfectly. She went way above and beyond to ensure each decision and bump we encountered didn't affect our wedding day. Lauren is calm, organized and able to think quickly and outside of the box. We were very, very fortunate to work with her. For important events in your life, you want Lauren on your side. Though she is highly professional, over time her voice of reason resembles that of a trusted friend.

 Lauren Andrew was my coordinator for my wedding back in 2019. She was an integral part in planning the day from assisting with the schedule day of, creating my invitations and all signage. Anything I needed help with she could do. One of the best parts of having Lauren with me throughout the planning process was that she was as hands off or on as I needed her to be. She let me have full control over aspects I could handle and on the other hand I could trust her completely with other things that I couldn't do-or simply didn't want to spend my time on! She truly can cater to any and all needs that you have and is never overbearing or pushy in any way. Truly a dream planner!

Lauren was also a lifesaver as my on-site day of coordinator. From helping to set up the reception space to correcting errors the venue made, all the way to coordinating the wedding party down the aisle, she single-handedly made the day as seamless and easy as possible for me as a bride. She even dealt with a car-service mishap that delayed my grandfather's arrival- any bump in the road, she was on it and solved it. 

To any future brides and or grooms who do not have a planner or coordinator (especially those who think they don't need it), I cannot recommend Lauren Andrew Events enough!
