At Glen Oro you can let your imagination truly run free. Working closely with Glen Oro's Venue Facilitator and operations team, we help ensure that your Wedding Day Experience will stay with you and your guests for the rest of time.
Built onto a plateau in the middle of a hayfield, with horses grazing peacefully in nearby paddocks lies Glen Oro's celebration site. Designed to fit into the rugged natural landscape, this area was designed in line with the farm’s early settler heritage with custom wood features, large boulders from the fields, fallen logs and stumps as garden walls, fire-pits, twinkling lights, towering trees, and epic sunsets. This site endeavours to make you and your guests feel at home and comfortable. Glen Oro Farm grows a multitude of vegetables on the property, and showcases picturesque gardens around the reception area where dinner is served. The vegetable gardens are also open to guests, and lit at night to encourage everyone to learn about where their food comes from and hopefully inspire them to try their own hand at gardening.
With over 200 acres to choose from, including old growth hardwood forests, towering natural cathedral canopies, rolling emerald meadows, and stunning hilltop vistas this magnificent venue has got you covered on the scenery department. The main ceremony site lies in a paddock, under the sweeping limbs of three ancient oak trees with long views across the valley. As of 2022, the venue boasts a dream Forest Ceremony Site that is an option for weddings of 100 guests or less.
